What Will You Be Doing?
What We're Looking for in a Candidate
- Good knowledge of English and confident communication with customers.
- Professional phone communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence working with numbers, measurements, and pricing.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn about our products and their technical specifications.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or the shipping industry.
- Russian language proficiency.

Customer Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails;
- Help customers choose the right products;
- Provide information about key product features and specifications;
- Refer technical questions to the appropriate specialists when necessary.
Sales & Order Processing
- Prepare sales quotes and proposals;
- Process customer orders;
- Follow up with customers and keep them informed about their order status.
Logistics & Delivery
- Coordinate with warehouses and shipping companies;
- Request and compare shipping rates;
- Find cost-effective shipping options;
- Arrange and track shipments;
- Keep customers informed about delivery status.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records of customers, orders, and shipments;
- Work with email, Excel, and other business software;
- Assist customers visiting the company showroom.
